  • I am currently located in West Palm Beach, FL.

  • In our consult call, we’ll talk about your unique situation; including where you’re located, if you want to use insurance, and more. A client portal will be created for you, and you’ll be given a link to access my virtual therapy office.

  • Depending on where you live - yes! I offer in-person sessions for clients in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Please note that all services for North Carolina clients must be provided virtually, and virtual services are an option for Florida-based clients.

  • Yes, I am in-network with most major health insurance providers, but also offer self-pay rates for those without health insurance. Sliding-scale options are available upon request.

  • Copays are determined by your specific insurance policy and coverage. I am not able to make estimations, and will only be able to see this information once intake paperwork is complete. The best way to find this information is to contact your insurance provider directly.

  • In the first appointment, we’ll do a deep dive into what brings you to therapy. I want to learn as much as I can about you! We’ll also use this time to set some goals and create a roadmap to guide us in future sessions.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a clear breakdown of the expected costs for your therapy sessions. If you’re paying out of pocket, you can request this estimate before starting treatment to help avoid surprise bills.
